Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Carrera eyewear; if you are not, you may return your unworn products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective case and cleaning cloth, to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Eyewear

  Securely place the sunglasses or frames in their original Carrera hard case and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
